C.O.B.R.A.™ founder Chris Sutton is a former sheriff, corrections officer, Joe Lewis-black belt, school owner and author and has written the book (literally) on the pyschology of self-defense. This is not simply a collection of "cool moves," but a complete system covering both the mental and physical aspects of self-defense with a unique emphasis on scenario training.
