Self-Defense Training

5 Week (20 hr) Academy

Tuesdays and Fridays
6 - 8 p.m. 

Skills taught are intended to be used in real life situations.

  • Develop the mindset and skills needed to defend against any situation.

 

Students receive training in:

  • Survival Skills

  • Abduction Avoidance

  • Close Quarter Combat

  • Psychology of Defense

  • Stranger Awareness

  • Weapon Defense

  • Deadly Force Situation

  • Scenario Training Drills

Everyone deserves the ability to improve their defenses so prior experience isn’t necessary to learn real life self-defense.
